They were able to access my account and successfully changed my weekly withdraw information. Uber is giving me the same bs saying they already paid a loss/missing funds within 90 days… but I lost $3,635 dollars in total as the attacker planned each incident and somehow convinced Uber support to change my checking (deposit) account without confirming my identity or even date of birth, please help!!
the most recent support agent admitted that there was an unauthorized device she removed from my account… but no further investigation or resolution… will I ever get my money back??
