H I tried some in another Market... As usual it seems the college campus has poor tips with low fares... I imagine if you stayed away from the college area you would be okay?

I have been tracking tipping since I came online as a driver... It seems about 20% of people actually tip compared to cab companies who are closer to 80% tip rate.

Uber eats seems to be around 10% of people tip I'll be at that that is only across about 30 deliveries

I keep the Uber Eats option on and I rarely get deliveries. But, a couple of nights ago, I had 3 deliveries in a row around the campus and it was also a surge. So, in less than an hour I made 30 bucks and not a single person sat in my vehicle, and no food was consumed in my back seat. I would consider this a win.

uber eats is nice to break up the monotony of the day....spike makes a good point.

Nope, i have enough trouble with people who are exposed to be waiting at the curb for a ride. I won't waste time running around and Robbins doorbells.

Here's a deal i would go for. They have to come out to pick up their food from me. After a 5 minute wait i get a cancel fee AND their food.
NEVER do chinese restaurants that are not franchise releated...i left once after waiting 10 minutes.....mostly becuz the aroma was making me sick...so whenever i get a ping for a chinese place, i ignore it...i NEVER wait for more than 5 minutes....and i am NOT shy about *****ing to UBER if i had to wait PERIOD.

No way. Delivering food is the worst.

Parking, finding the apartment, parking, people complaining about their food being wrong or cold or whatever, parking, car smells like McDonalds, etc. Did I mention that parking sucks the most?
I did this in another city (not Uber eats, but a similar service) and it was just awful.
Passengers who come to you, then get out and leave, all without having to find a place to leave my car unattended is a much better, and easier, way to Uber.
