Gonna be an epidemic for sure. I was out driving last night and spotted 2 people driving and hunting. One was at a stop light and both driver and pax had phones out. Second f*er was a van that had 4 cars trailing him (me being one of them) while he went extremely slowly for 2 blocks and turned into a shopping center.
I raged past him before he turned and saw the asshole with his phone out and game running. This was on a super busy street. I couldn't believe it.

Someone told me you can only catch em if you're going under 10mph hence why his car was crawling along.
