Uber is down, App had a conniption then went down. Cannot log in.

I think you'll find that yesterday there was a massive Telstra outage.

Didn't go online but I did check the driver app 8:35am and could see a surge storm. Not sure if that was related.

Hmm tweets from overseas still indicating Uber is down elsewhere. Seems to work for me when I did a quick check.

I guess uber is down becoz the pandora app embedded incurs heavy traffic thru uber server.

Someone might have executed the wrong UPDATE statement.

I would suggest that all who were affected by Ubers outage get in contact with Uber and demand compensation for lost earnings. .

Uber was out once ..i signed out then signed in back again and it worked

Speaking of compensation, I just got my weekly pay statement and Uber added extra payment of $74. It says, under other payments (promotions) - A sign of our commitment to reliability $74. I have no idea what it is but then happy about the extra payment from Uber. Anyone got the same?
