Me too. Think we got hacked. Heading to hub now. Will update. PS: this happened to me 2 years ago. Uber fixed it by replenishing amount immediately. Stand by....

Update: Uber Saugus is closed until 10:00 am for emergency staff mtg. Office mgr. came outside & verified it’s related to this issue. LOTS of drivers there for same reason. Will continue updates as this develops.

If Uber holds onto the money one day longer, I wonder how much interest that means for the company? o_O

Line to get into office is about 50 drivers long. I’m going to return later. Pretty confident they’ll fix it soon. This is a BIG one & yes, seems to be nationwide. Isn’t a big financial impact on me but many of the drivers here are desperately affected.. stay tuned I guess!

I think now in retrospect, there was an innocuous red flag warning that I ignored. In the last 2 days I had a yellow info message on my home screen that suggested I change my password for instant pay immediately. Didn’t give it any more thought because I’ve never used IP nor do I want to. Gonna pay attention in the future.

both apps have always said in the info thursday was pay day but the deposit went in on wednesday.
im a little pissed they did not tell us about this but i can wait a day

i made more on lyft last week anyway with an incentive

I wonder if this is related to the trip processing issues from last weekend.
i bet it does even though we have had these issues before and still got paid on wednesday

The yellow message I got was Uber trying to convert me to an Uber debit card, claiming incorrectly I had a bad card. I should use theirs...smh
