Im waiting to see someone with an Uber logo wrap, complete with the driver’s name so riders can find them easier.

Pretty sure everyone knows this person drives Uber, and takes the numerous decals as fair warning of random stops, turns, and u-turns.

Never use decals ever.

1. It draws attention
2. You risk you car getting vandalized
3. You look like an idiot

Just be in communication with your rider if u are downtown in a busy area to let them know your hazzards are on or something.
I use mine. Have had no problems. Required where I pick up I think. Don't blame anyone who doesn't use the decals however.

You'll get a very expensive ticket if you use the airports around here without the approved decal. (You could be cited anywhere else, too, I think. But have not heard of that actually happening. Non-airport police have better things to do; airport police exist only to do these citations.)

Yes, I am one of those nine cars in front with the flashers on.
[pax finally gets in]
"I thought you said it was a RED car?"
"It is."
"It is ?!? Well, it's so dark out they all look black..."

Wait till u come outside someday and your car is keyed all around and your tires are slashed. A ticket will be cheap compared to that. I have heard it has happened from numerous drivers.

No decals or other TNC identifiers for me. I’ll put one in the window temporarily if picking up at the airport, but it comes down after that. Never had an issue with riders not being able to find me due to this. I find it amusing whenever I encounter a vehicle plastered with Uber and Lyft decals on every window and body panel.

There's 1 near where I live that is thryft wrapped with a Mario bros type landscape & says thryft & Brazil all over, it's some stupidity called passport mode

Funny they show the Brazilian woman in a nice house making her bed & stuff, an Ethiopian guy brushing his teeth in a nice bathroom & then leaving the house trough a nice front door, a Peruvian guy cooking in a nice kitchen, they used the same house to film them in but trying to make it look like they all have nice houses lol(not that it wouldn't b possible but I wouldn't understand why they would b willing to drive them ridiculous wrapper cars & carry cheap ahols around) but at least the lady from Brazil lives in an apartment complex, the thryft ahols want to make it look like they're all around upper middle class folks & they're all sophisticated, hip & modern drivers, like theres some glamour status that comes along with driving for these pos thieves lol

I would never stoop so low as to damage a driver's vehicle but when I go out slashing Uber SDC tires I always follow 2 rules:

The first rule is to slash in the sidewall area, not the tread.

The second rule is to always slash at least 2 of the tires.

Taxi drivers love to do this to Uber drivers... Hey Stiffler is a local celebrity around here in MN. He is from Cottage Grove, MN

In Minneapolis, I guess.
Hasn't happened anywhere around here.
Just like getting a ticket for no trade dress... never heard of anyone getting one. It is all BS...

Some uber drivers are so incredibly STOOPID. Yep, I've seen several other drivers out there with uber (& lyft) stickers all over their damn car like uber is running for President. Like uber is the best thing that ever happened to them. Like uber stickers to them are like designer stickers on their car. I've seen them on driver's windows, windshields, etc. Next some dumbo will have an uber tattoo on his dumb forehead.

I agree for this reason especially: Saw a professional taxi cab car riding up the highway here in D.C. and the Virginia license plate read: "H8 UBER." I got shivers. Like DANG, if you hate uber that much, why wouldn't you vandalize a car in the middle of the night by peeing on it? Or sticking a banana in the tailpipe or flinging some paint on it or smearing dog poop on it or...? Ok, I've watched way too much TV this week. :))
