I am not UBERBlack, but as I read this, they are basically killing Black. There is no way any Limo driver would take an UBERX call. So there choices are really:

1. Continue to drive Black and ACRO the others until they get deactivated for doing so.
2. Leave UBER and go straight LIMO.

Can't see any other possibility for them. Travis strikes again.

It applies only to newly on boarded uber black driver. Might be a matter of time before they extend it to established uber black drivers
