I sent an email and got a cut and paste about somethin completely irrelevant to what I asked. Not once but twice. So tired of the cut and paste first line of stupid.

Plan on formatting future emails with the first line stating. 'Please escalate this issue as I know you can't answer it correctly'.

Not sure why uber even pays the csr's in the call center. They can't ever get it right. Every time I send an email in I have to have it escalated.

We already know we'll have to escalate the email because the mentally challenged sweat shop call center thy are using has no idea how the system works.

$192. I think it's the difference of core LA rides ca non-core la rides. The 1.75x vs the 2x rides. I think they calculated all of them at 2x then realized they screwed up and adjusted them.

But I can't seem to find anyone competent at uber to respond to my emails intelligently.

I had a couple of big ones out of the core. So it would make the best sense of the reason why.

If you goto your dashboard you can't tell they made the modification. Your summary statement is normal via the internet. But within the app you can see the the made the entry modification on Sunday. It will say promotion -$xxx.

That's why it is important to take daily screen shots of your trip log that's shows your trips and summary. Uber will just steal your money and not inform you they changed anything.

yeah it could be that..however i did some big non core also and didnt see any deduction today..maybe they havent taken it from me yet...ill keep you posted

Uber is probably sweating bullets right now with all the $ they are throwing away trying to get back at lyft. I just got an email about airport rules from lyft and they say they have teamed up with the Chinese ride share company to take care of their passengers while here.

Stuff like that is huge, Uber is operating at a loss as an investment. I'm happy for the select drivers pulling in 2x but let's look at the big picture, they can't do that for much longer and not sure why they would to begin with, they don't do it for black or SUV.

Personally I would be happy with what I got extra , uber CS is no incompetent you will not get anywhere with them

They don't speak English and copy paste after they translate your issue which never translated correctly.

So many cars out now it's a joke , uber is getting what they want out of drivers and training them as Optimus clearly pointed out. But they are paying for it, I guess they don't realize that when this free money ends drivers won't be happy
