It happens man. If I were you I'd just chalk it up to a bad experience and move on. You made $99 you should be happyI picked up a fare from EWR to the Catskills and then back to NYC. There was a surge this should have been a dream ride however, once we got in the mountains cell service was spotty and the app just ended the ride. The ride was over 7 hours long and over 380 miles and they are trying to pay me $99. I have been sending emails all day with no resolution has anyone had this problem, or had anything like this resolved there?
