How many for the day. I would guess the percentage would be low, but who knows. Fist bump maybe?
It would be up to the rider weather they oblige or leave you hanging.

I'm intrigued. Of course if hold my hand up for a high-five I haven't made any physical contact. It's up to them whether to connect or not.

Just tell them badges are better than tips, and high-fives are even better.
