Uber Cannot drop off or pick up at Mesa Gateway

Tell us more, cab boy.

Who cares...I think this news probably affects as many as 4 people!

Eh, I've seen as many as 16 in the queue. I've dropped a couple of Uber pax there w/o an issue, but I have both U & L on display. When I'm close by and there are multiple arrivals with short time in between landings, I'll jump in the queue if not too many there. It's been good the few times I've done it. Wouldn't dream of making it a regular practice though.

I've picked up Uber at the car rental place across the street from Mesa Gateway and across the street at one of the ASU buildings. The pax crossed the street both times to get their Uber app to work. Don't know if I'll pick up or drop off there again since Mesa PD has put this warning on multiple local news outlets, versus word of mouth, or trying to get Uber to put out the word. That usually means that they mean business - I'll wait and see.

LOL wtf?

This has got to be a 15yr old with no license trolling us.

I sat in the staging area for a bit on Monday; Lyft put me in the queue, but Uber wouldn't work properly. Meh... I'd rather work PHX where you can go from 60 in the queue to ping in 20 minutes.

Uber actually does work when you're in the cell lot. You just won't get any airport pings on Uber. You'll get requests from the ASU campus there though... ask me how I know.
