I got a missed call today (sunday) before 4pm while i was in shower.
I believe it's from uber with this number 03 9020 4593. I tried to call back but a voicemail to go to website help.uber.com. It didn't do any help with the website. At least they should left me a voicemail or msg on my account.

Just wondering if anybody got a call from them and what do they enquire about.

Missed a call in the morning..they called back in the evening...it was about the ramadan iftaar which is to be hosted tomorrow for which i had initially showed interest. Wanted to know if i was still coming

It's happened to me twice before. Once was from an accident i had gotten in with a pax. The second time was from when I reported a pax who was yelling racial slurs out my window (they supposedly take that seriously)

Have you reported any problems lately?

that's a relief lol maybe the pax got me hard because last satuday night had a surge 1.5x and 1.7x. I think hey might be pissed off of that fare and i had 3 riders who rated less than 5 star. I knew they were chating about it in the car of their previous experience over charged i just keep my cool lol anyhow it bringing me down by 0.01

I guess it is for the ramadan iftar o monday confirmation since i sign up for it. I live in belmore, just 1 suburb away. Why not? Free food lol

I was right it was the confirmation invitation that they called me last saturday which the GM mentioned he spent 5 hrs calling everyone on that day lol

The food was ok but not much choices, but very welcoming dinner with alot of the uber office staff that are friendly around and they chat to alot of drivers and assist with any questions. The speech was about Uber trying to improve their GPS system which they still doing the research and investing into it. Also a warm greeting welcome for Ramadan. #positive action
