Cab charge is owned by a Singapore company who also owns one of Australia’s biggest bus companies called CDC. Can’t see them selling anything as their out there buying. Eg Darwin BusLink for 275 million 2 months ago.

The service of providing Cab charge still exists but company has changed name:

Following the overwhelming endorsement from 99.25% of shareholders at its recent Annual General Meeting, ASIC has certified and registered the corporate name change from Cabcharge Australia Limited (ASX:CAB) to A2B Australia Limited (ASX:A2B).

The ASX has confirmed that for the purposes of trading the Company’s securities, the ASX code “A2B” takes effect from market open on Friday 30 November 2018.

Sleepo is correct. They are a public company and recently changed their name to A2B - probably because the word 'cab'
puts people off. They own 13 cabs and their share price has been going down over the last 5 years. Uber wouldn't be
interested in buying them. It would take a brave investor to buy shares in them.

Their old CEO , Reg Kermode, would be rolling in his grave. CABCHARGE - The biggest cartel of bullies couldn't stop UBER, who out-bullied them !

That chart above is pretty dismal. The price was going nowhere back during 2010 - 2014 before Uber came
in, so how are they ever going to do any good now ?
