Anyone else think that Uber uses your location even if you are logged out? I usually kill the app completely instead of just logging out. I could see them using locations of cars that are logged out to manipulate the surge and or other shenanigans. Or I might just be over thinking the situation. But I don't think it's a stretch to think that Uber would do something shady like that.

There is no question about it, it is a fact that Uber tracks everyone, that is drivers and riders.
In 2014 Travis was caught at a party bragging about an app that he had on his phone that was tracking riders habits and recording the places they were visiting. Supposedly they stopped that when it became public.
We all know that never seen stopped, come on, after all they even track how we brake and accelerate.
