a) Don't tolerate ranges. Text for the correct address or business name as soon as you see the range and the rider will most likely have it corrected before you get close. b) Don't let them talk you into breaking the law. Cancel, make them pay by ending the trip or no-showing them. He had no right to ask you to drop off where it's prohibited.
