Two points on this, picked up a pax at Domestic airport today and took him three goes for the app to work so still a few sporadic issues.
And UberHQ to my surprise acknowledged the app issues from last week and credited with me $25 bucks (I emailed them to say 3 pings that were accepted disappeared.) I would have been happy with just a normal acknowledgement that they had an issue and working to rectify rather than the bullshit email response that was provided to me by 4 different monkeys. Feel warm and fuzzy now.
