Never seen Uber admit that much fault in a incident like this.

I don't buy this Uber whitewash of an investigation! So everyone (UberX Drivers, UberBLACK Drivers, UberBLACK limousine Company owners), registered with Uber Dallas underwent Uber's Background check. But somehow this Driver charged with sexual assault didn't?
Obviously, Uber would rather admit that it messed up in this case, rather than admit that it's online BG Checks missed another Drivers criminal record.
