The App malfunction caused many Riders to be billed for hours long rides.

Looking baaad!

Something to be said for a tangible old fashioned mechanical "Big Taxi" meter.

They went back and fixed them. I did one of those. Then went to lyft . My first lyft ride told me he couldn't get an uber so he ordered lyft.
