Vito is plumbers van, TX5 look unique and that's enough to be a proper taxi.

They said the same thing when the TX1 replaced the Fairway. Its ugly, its different from the normal cabs people were used to. Now the TX range is recognised as normal and a London Icon. The new cab will be the same, it will be recognised as an icon very quickly. As long as it does the job it was designed to do, what it looks like isnt the number one issue.

A tx4 is north of 45 k and TFL are working on incentives so we will see how it pans out.

Quite a few of the new vitos about at £47k and they have no subsidies.
