Just got another offer from Uber this week for guarantees.. Previously the guarantees were for between $20-30 while maintaining 1.5 trips per hour..

This week the trips per hour has been raised to 2 trips per hour. They are constantly trying to game us and lower our profits while increasing money for them.. It's "fudging" sickening. I've only been driving for Uber for the past 2 months and so many rules, regulations, addendums have changed.
If anyone else has seen this, please chime in and give your thoughts...

Guarantees are designed to be at the lowest possible risk of payout. If you meet the guidelines but are still under the guaranteed amount, the payout likely will only cover the wasted expense of driving all over for crap fares. And if you can't beat the guarantee you're probably doing things wrong at a basic level anyway.

Why is everyone so surprised that Uber is burning their drivers! Drivers to them are a dime a dozen so why should they care and not rip off the drivers. NOW the quality of their drivers has really gone down the toilet. They will take anyone that wants to drive! They just had a convicted felon arrested and he was driving for them. Enough lawsuits and Uber will self destruct. The crazies are running the asylum! Don't think so try reaching out to their (lack of) driver support and really read what whoever or whatever sends back. It's a joke! LYFT is the way to go!
