Local Office was disappointing.

Thought I'd meet with some local dispatcher types, who know the game, and could help with my issue.

Instead, it was low-wage workers, who had no real knowledge beyond the basics, and have no authority/permission to go into the system to change anything.

Cool for signing up new drivers
Cool for handling basic issues

so not cool for dealing with issues and answering unorthodox questions.

I have past experience working with actual dispatchers.
While I'm sure Uber has a few decent people in an office somewhere, they evidently are not open to the public.
