whats the availability of a ride from the downtown train station to the Sunport at 10:30 pm on a weekday?

And is the fare really $20 for a 3 mile trip?

Probably pretty good availability...there's generally always cars around downtown, even late on weekdays. From downtown to airport would be well under $20, probably more around $7.

I just checked with the 'Uber estimate' and am getting an UberX rate of $8 to $11 dollars for a one way trip from the Amtrak station to the Sunport.
