The average does not include select and black drivers. The average are X drivers serving cheap Aholes who ride pool.
How many trips is that? Are you select or X or what? What do you credit your high rating to?
I drive Select, sometimes X when the surge is over 3.3x. Not quite as many trips as you though. Just barely under 1300 total trips for me. I don't know, I've been in customer service my whole life so I guess I have a higher tolerance for stupid.
Those are good numbers. I figured you were select. X passengers have a higher rate of paxholes. You can give 10 star service all the way around and they are just paxholes with excrement attitudes. Probably 2 out of every 10 are unpleaseable.
Select drivers rating is always higher because the riders are classier and not cheap. And Mercedes Benz also helps.
Yeah, I completely understand that. X drivers have my utmost sympathy. I just wish that this section was more useful to each individual partner. I'd actually be very curious to see how my ratings stack up in my own category.
I am going to start a thread for X driver ratings and see what happens. Maybe you can do one for Select?
