$8.00 per hr. 50¢ per pizza gas fee,even if you leave with 5 deliveries close together.Pretty sad because I only worked a 5 hour shift and used less than a quarter of a tank of gas. With Uber I would have had to be online for at least 12 hours and accepting every single ride that came my way and burn through at least a half a tank of gas to earn the same.
We've had 2 Uber carjackings and 1 pizza delivery robbery here.Its all fun and games until you get robbed.
Toobae, March madness is right around the corner, so don't think your earnings for march will be the same for every month. From the people I have known in the pizza industry, march madness is pure madness for pizza joints.
Uber Eats trying to rob people of that too !Was speaking with an AutoZone employee the other day who delivers pizza on the side. He saw my Uber sign/sticker. Told me he works with a guy who ubers and delivers pizza. Said the pizza delivery beats the uber pay every week. Thinking about doing that myself. If the guy was telling me the truth it might be a lot less hassles. But don't know if you can set your hours with a pizza place like you can with uber???
