I don't know what kind of math Uber and Lyft use for charging toll fees to the Pax but it's not accurate.

I do see the $2 airport fee but Bush, N tollway and LBJ express lanes rarely show.

Express Lanes never show...even take ~3days to show on your NTTA account
- they have paid me for those just by me asking (note the variable fee when u pass it...or have beenasked for screenshot

Lyft has written policy not to pay Express... but I have gotten them to pay...acted like they were doing me a big favor

Stay on top of it. During shift or after review tolls. Plenty of toll apps out there to help calculate.

Thanks for the advice. I think Lyft seems to be better about catching the tolls, just frustrated Uber can't be 100% on this.

Be sure to download the NTTA toll app on your phone!!!! It will tell you everything you need to know about your last 10 toll road trips. Cost, time, entry location, exit location etc, etc.

I request toll reimbursement even if Uber is .28 off! They will pay it.
