On 7/18 Uber sent me a text saying that for the next 24 hrs they would match my tips $ for $. I earned $10 in tips that day so I expected Uber to match that. Of course they didn't. I wrote in and they said they were having an issue with tip matching and thanked me for my patience.
Fast forward a month and a half later and still no matching. I have now written to them 5 times and none of the answers have ANYTHING to do with the issue which is par for the course.
Anyone else have this issue?

As with any other "support" issue, their answer never is the right one - and it is likely you are dealing with someone who is not even in the USA or has English has their first language.

Yeah sadly the support is garbage and does not read the problem most of the time or even try to resolve it lol.
