I got an email stating that if I don't accept 3 pings in a row I will be put on a 10 min timeout . Has anyone else seen this. This is so punitive .I don't accept pool rides at my discretion of course .

They been doing this... problem is if you get swamped with pool requests, its easy to go into timeout. Also, there are some really stupid pax who still drop pins.. instead of typing in address.. waste 10 mins search for them.. then call find out they dropped pin.. CANCEL.. then repeat 2 more times and BAM you are screwed. Also the cheapos love to order Pool in the busiest spots like U street, Adams Morgan and the Triangle... so you are stuck with never ending pools and risking getting ticketed.. stacked pools are the WORST BS ever..

My timeouts are 30min and we don't even have pool lol

Okay thanks folks. My timeouts were two minutes before . I just didn't realize they could change how long they were at their discretion .

Exactly all of this. Between not accepting pool and cancellation I've been kicked of quite a bit
