The rates are rough no doubt but I have ways to earn some extra money. My full-time job has taken my Uber cards with my code and they have been giving them out to new employees that fly into Atlanta. The new employee signs up, saves the company $20 bucks in reimbursement and I get my $5 bucks. I also partnered with a local water bottling company. They provide me free bottles of water to hand out in my car along with promo cards. Each time they get a new customer using these cards the company gives me a spiff based on what type of account they sell. In the Atlanta market you have to look outside the box to make money Ubering. Oh and I also do Lyft, slow but up and coming.
