I watch the ABC and their jerk off reporters speak about the “plight” of international students who cannot afford to live here.

Lesson 1 ABC - all overseas students MUST have a return ticket as part of their visa conditions. I hear hilarious bullshit like India are not accepting incoming flights - crap. I’ll supply canoes if they can’t get flights. Off you go.

Lesson 2 ABC - Australia will not require overseas sourced labour in anywhere near the scale post crisis as we did before it

Lesson 3 ABC - most Australians will not benefit from large numbers of foreign workers as we’ll have an unemployment issue.

Now is the time to reshape our ridiculously lax working visa laws. Firstly, anyone wanting to study here WILL not be eligible to work here. They come here to study, then they leave.

Secondly, if these students are struggling right now, then the universities can support them, not the now deeply indebted Australian taxpayer. The universities are awash with cash and they can afford it. And no universities, you can’t lean on the long suffering taxpayer to do this. Just get it out of your multi billion dollar bank account.

I agree with sex offenders getting wacked. Most sex offenders end up being put into GP anyway and then they get dealt with. Check out Wes Watson- he talks about what happens to them in Cali prison system.
PS: don't mess with Wes

Wes has his shoes tied and he knows what time it is. He's got his paperwork hooped, he's checked his people and he's ready to ride 24/7.

Highly recommend Wes Watson’s YouTube channel- he’s totally nuts but he’s straight up and down - he was a big decision maker in the Cali prison gangs and he’s out now making heaps from his fitness/motivation business - you want to know about total, unswerving discipline- look no further.

Lesson 1 KPAIGUTS , international students DO NOT require return ticket as a condition of their visa . Most students enrol in courses that go 24-48 months and you cannot buy tickets for trips that far in advance , so get your bloody facts straight

In order to study in Australia, you will need to obtain an Australian student visa. You must be able to prove to the Department of Home Affairs that you meet the following key Australian student visa requirements:

  • Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) requirement
  • Financial requirements
  • English proficiency requirements
  • Health and character requirements

Australian student visa requirements
When completing your online visa application form, you'll need to provide evidence of the following according to the Australian student visa requirements:

  • Financial requirements: Evidence of sufficient funds to cover tuition, travel and living costs. From February 2018, the amount you need to prove you have for living costs (separate from tuition and travel) is set at AU$20,290 (~US$13,750) for a year. If you have dependents (such as a spouse and children), you will also need to show evidence of being able to cover living costs for them, including school fees. Alternatively, you can show evidence that your spouse or parents are willing to support you and that they earn at least AU$60,000 (~US$40,660) a year.

Something is seriously wrong with Student Visa applications if all these students who must meet such Financial requirements before being granted a visa are now experiencing financial hardship because ... local employment opportunities dry up... According to the visa conditions they should already have sufficient funds in place so not to depend on local employment to cover tuition and living expenses...
🤷‍♀
