Uber and Lyft. 🤑

Warmer weather=more people go out= more rideshare business.
Winter/Cold season= less business.
This has been the trend.
You can debate Summer/winter/hot/cold how you want and come up with a convincing story either way. The bottom line is the cycle. September through early December is busy, spring time is busy till memorial day or so. Those two parts of the cycle are consistent and when where and how you can earn money. Summertime is another story. You can make money if you’re in the right place at the right time. Lots of concerts baseball games, blah blah blah. Know when and where to ride and you can still make money just like it always was it’s just less consistent in the times in areas that you’re earning the money.

I rarely work after midnight these days, but last Sunday night I took one ride from the Swift concert. 30 minutes traffic to pick up the riders at midnight and 20 minutes to drop them off at a hotel in Walpole. Net $80 for that one ride. Just an example and that type of event isn’t every day in the summer. Figure out the inconsistencies you can still make good money in the summer.

That's a damn good week of hard work. More hours than I think I ever drove. Nice to see it's out there if you want it. But I think it will be slow in June and pickup steadily through to September.
Thanks. But Just by working hard don’t pay much.
I did 13 rides from BU to near by Brookline, Fenway area in 4 hours on Sunday afternoon. How ??

Sullivan Tire have big sign. Pax can see from far distance
Good size parking lot Infront of business and they are closed on Sunday

June is the 6th busiest month of the year.
You can do well. If you know when to drive and where to drive.

I love that Sullivan Tire parking lot. Coming inbound on Commonwealth, I pull into the Sullivan Tire lot as a shortcut to Pleasant street, then to Dummer Street which allows you to bypass four stops lights on Commonwealth, taking you right down to the Bridge or Storrow, or back to Commonwealth inbound. good idea to use as a pickup during the BU graduations!
