That's a damn good week of hard work. More hours than I think I ever drove. Nice to see it's out there if you want it. But I think it will be slow in June and pickup steadily through to September.

Me too. I am fine with doing 30 hr/week. Sometimes more and sometimes less. According to the IRS statement, 30/hr or 130 hour of service per month is considered full time.
Remember to invest, I truly believed the bear market is over. Last bull run is what made a difference on my net worth.

Last year I remember the drop off being the week after Boston Calling. Then Summer vibes till the Fall.

Just buy Uber stock. Only way to get back the money they are taking from us. I’m up 48% since the beginning of the year.

Warmer weather=more people go out= more rideshare business.
Winter/Cold season= less business.
This has been the trend.

Curious as to how the promotions total is $833.84. All the promotions that I've seen (Quest or Boost) end with 0 or 5 as the second decimal. Can you provide the breakdown in how your promotion total ended with 0.84? I did an audit of my last 3 statements and this is what makes up each category:

Net Fare: Fare, Cancel, distance, surge, reservation fee, wait time
Promotion: Boost+, Quest
Tips: Tips

Toll refunds aren't included in any of those, nor prior week adjustments. They certainly aren't flowing through the Promotions bucket. So show us the breakdown on how you got a decimal of .84.
I'd also like to see the breakdown on the $1,344.89 total for Sunday.

Uber reimbursed me $140+ for Saturday Surge issues .
And $60 Uber eats promotion (weekend 5-9pm )

That type of reimbursement would not be included in the Promotions category. And $60 eats promotion would have a decimal of .00

Sorry, please provide the breakdowns showing All components that add up to the 883.84 for promotions, and also for the overall Sunday total of 1344.89.
You should be able to log into your account and get the numbers from your weekly statement.

Thanks. I'd still like to see those two breakdowns. Could easily get from the weekly statements logging into the driver website. Trust, but verify.

Wrong
Winter/Cold season = no one wants to walk = lots of short rides.

Fall and spring is where the real money is made. That’s always how it’s been. The last 2 years were anomalies. There was a driver shortage and we probably won’t see that type of pent up demand from the pandemic again in our lifetimes. The fact is you have 200k college students that for the most part don’t have transportation with them. When they are gone, a huge percentage of ride-share demand is gone as well. We might have more drivers now than pre pandemic. I’m expecting the next 3 months to be worse than normal.

Prior to covid, there were significant droves of rich mainland Chinese tourist/students visited the U.S at any time of the year. The mainland Chinese tourists decided to stay away travelling to U.S this year... instead they go to South East Asia...

less uber business for us and local shopping places..
Fish when you know they're biting.
4k if you were driving an EV.
I don't miss the 50+ hours weeks.
@Worksmartnotharder just curious, what’s the percentage split of your total earnings between rideshare versus Eats? Around 50/50 or does one account for a bigger portion usually? That’s an epic week!

When there’s no surge and boost, I do Ubereats. I usually get job done lot quicker than Uber estimates. so, It works for me.
Between November-February, I did about 40% Ubereats.
Since march, Ride have been rocking. So, very little Ubereats. About 5%
