I suspect his point is that the font they choose for the Arabic text is "ugly" (as in, it's not that "calligraphy style" type of Arabic writing, which really is quite pretty). If I'm incorrect I apologize, but that's how I took the message anyway.

I'm not much into Arabic writing, but it looks nicely done to me. Guess beauty/ugliness is in the eye of the beholder.
