I saw this in another thread. This is the email drivers get when ratings are below par.

"Upon a recent review of your account, we've discovered ratings that were consistently lower than area standards. As a result, we regret to inform you we will be ending our partnership with you effective immediately. It was not a swift decision as we value each and every driver who chooses to use Uber, however, in an effort to ensure the platform remains an attractive option for riders and drivers, our team had to make this difficult decision."

How can they just deactivate you immediately? Dont they know some pax take out everything bad that has ever happened to them out on you? Ridiculous.
They don't care, it's all a numbers game. Uber decides they want between x and y number of drives, when it gets to be z% over that number they cut 20% of the drivers. They use ratings and or acceptance % .

The first 100 rides are a honeymoon period. It's a combination of your ratings and strikes (customer complaints) against you. If you have a consistently high rating, it allows you to get away with more shit like acceptance and ACRO. But if you're a constant screw up... See ya.
