Where did this happen?
I have never heard anything like this before. Someone else tried to pick up my last passenger before I got there. He told me the guy who pulled up had Uber and Lyft signs on his car and even knew his name and where he was going.
My passenger knew it wasn't his car but as soon as he saw the driver was black that was the clincher.
So, the passenger told me that there are scanners people can get their hands on that can hack into the app and they can know all this information.
That to me is scary sh*t if you are a passenger.
Where did this happen? I have been getting rides, major surges in Morristown, Caldwell, Newark, Harrison, Elizabeth, Roselle, linden, union, all these places I have been getting nice rides and surge for the last 4 days, hope it continuous, last passenger yesterday and me shook hands before he left he car, very cool dude. I did used hand sanitizer after. Still, people are too panicked about this, the government is scared because they are all a bunch of old farts who take adavantaue of all of us and they won't loose anything shutting things down for a few weeks or months, regular folks are going to be devastated. Healthcare workers are telling me the swine flu. The Zika virus and the bird flu 24 yrs ago were much worse without so much panic and disruption to day to day life. Is something bigger happening? Idk, but talking to individuals out there daily, the panic doesn't add up. We should've panicked pike this in the past so many times if this was the case, anyway I still have wipes and keep the car spotless and spray Lysol, because we should all be careful! The extent that we're taking this to however seems overdone. NBA players could've been quarantined if they had it and then they could've been the model for how quick the recovery process is , how is Ruben gobert doing now? I bet he's going to be just fine. Anyway that's my two cent and I'm Curious where this bizzare incident happened?
