Things have move from bad to worse , long queues in Mississauga and Scarborough offices of new drivers , rider base is diminishing and driver are increasing every day

Soon turnover will be a month or two. Just enough time for casual driver to collect a payout. Honestly idiotic for Uber to recruit drivers endlessly. The imbeciles running this company are building higher higher and setting fire to their foundation, the building will inevitably topple.

Recruiting incentives have created a whole world of opportunity for individuals to make 2-3k a week without even putting a Kilometer on their car.

I parked the vehicle in south mississauaga at 6am on Thursday morning. Lounged around. Did not get a single ping in 1.5 hours. That's not a typo.
Drove back to my place in
Bolton. Takes 45 mins. Got one ping for ten bucks. That's it....that one ping was less then one minute away from me.
Open the uber passenger app. Uber's on every block. Look at the ping times when it's slow. Usually the pings are 1-2 mins away. Or right at ur doorstep. If there were fewer drivers, we'd get pings 4-5+ mins away....

No more sauga in the morning for me. Useless.
The surges are obvious in the morning. Be inside Toronto north of the city at 8-9am to catch the morning rush surge.

Being optimistic to riders is also important. Good customer service will bring them back. Upfront fares will still be cheaper than taxis.

Monday I made $53 in 3:32 hrs. Tuesday $3.75, Wednesday $6, Thursday didn't bother going out.

It always shows the same amount of cars , I pretend to order one and it gives the time of the cars arrival to pick up point ( which is your location) that's kinda how I judge what's around my immediate vicinity..
