You do a horrible job of protecting her identity! I think whole or half numbers should not count for the contest. I had a 3.3 once but cancelled. You know that person has used UBER a lot to get that type of digit. Whole numbers means 1 or 2 rides. I would pick up the 1 star in the day time over a 3.9 .
I actually took a 3.8 from Surburbia area and he tipped too. I did tell him his low rating and tried to figure out why? His fare was over $8 so wasn't a min fare plus he worked as a manager at a restaurant so he understood tipping (which I told him if he did or not). I got lucky with that guy and figure I dodged a bullet but also helped out a guy. This was during guarantee days where I needed a ride per hour and didn't care who I took as long as it was a short ride.They both gave great $$$tips
