Lyft makes it so damn hard to shuffle because you have to call the PAX after 5 minutes or you won't get the cancellation fee. If it's a worthless, waste of time trip, when I call, I'm like please don't answer, please don't answer lol. If they answer, depending on my mood, I'll still shuffle since they're not at the spot they entered in the app.

Ring once hang up, system will say you called. No need to talk to them

When you place the call to the passenger, immediately hang up after it rings one time. You do not have to talk to the passenger, merely call the passenger. Please deposit five dollars in my PayPal account for this very worthwhile advice.

The trick to that is to let it ring once, then hang up. The app will still recognize it as a call and you'll get your fee.
