At the end of the day these pax want to go from point A to point B the cheapest way possible. You are NOT doing anything different than what a bus or a train would do for them. You are NOT building any value into their investment. You are NOT upgrading their house or doing anything of lasting value for them. They will always look for the cheapest fare. You are nothing but a transportation service.
