When starting out on minicabs in 1982 I often had a glance at the A-Z Master Atlas when driving.
Had a bit of grub or a cuppa too in the days when we didn't stop for 8 or 9 hours on Friday & Saturday nights.
Of course there's lots of time to park up and eat or read now
