Last night pick up a couple on terminal one and drove them via 15 to SLS usually I will receive around $16 to $18
Surge where 1.6
After finishing trip I realize I get paid 9$!rechecking the trip info I realize I drove them 4.96 miles via Paradise :)
Uber never recorded my trip via 15 so they won’t adjust my $$$

Love it!!! long hauling against a computer who didn't know that would happen.
The whole reason they let uber in was because of the long hauling

I had no issue to Cesar's last night.
Plus, SLS via 15 is almost always fastest.
Probably a glitch or, more likely, you got a customer complaint - had that happen once and contested it. They fixed it.
You'll need to send screen shots showing the travel times to back up the decision - I'd do it tonight.

Where at the SLS did you end the trip exactly? Was it the east or west side?

The Uber app prices the east and west entrances to the SLS differently. Look at the screenshots and it's easy to imagine how Uber thinks they caught you red-handed.

If I choose any of the SLS search results in the app:

I had to manually position my pin on the east side to get this:

Notice the estimated time of arrival is the same for both routes, but the screenshot for the longer route was taken 3mins before the short route.

The long route takes 3mins longer..
