any idea on what the purpose of the rank there is? I'm assuming its the one opposite the KFC?

CCTV need to be installed on every street wherever possible to rake in them billions of dollars PA for any traffic violation. Milk everyone that drIves and get the DH off the road
I always laugh when I see the taxi security guards ( who do nothing and look like taxi drivers) the whole idea is a waste of money and 20 too late. Since Uber people don’t line up for taxis and the new breed of drivers don’t obey common respect between each other…

That the reason for them "security guards" the idea is to stop them from punching on with one another at the ranks fighting for customers as it wasn't required 20 years ago because there was never any taxi at the rank and people lined up at the ranks waiting for the taxi. Year 2022 the roles have reversed on it head.
When you got a bunch of angry tired taxi drivers fighting for that 1-2 customers it can become a literal brawl especially that how they behave where they've originally originated from and is the custom.

A good thing drivers here are not actively bashing each other to death yet here... Or maybe they are and I'm just not seeing it
