Surprise Surprise for me, and not a good one.

So many of you know I try to only do surges. Well last night it was off the chain (I dont know what the kids are saying today) and it was surging after the concert on the mall. So I picked up a few and surf & turfed them across the bridge and got back for some more surge goodness. I did 3 rides all surged, except, whoa nelly! Seem this morning I only did 2? (meaning 3 rides total only 2 surges) WTF? So the powers that be screwed (or are trying to screw) me out of a surge fair that would have brought daddy a twenty. I emailed customer service rep at Uber, I will update as soon as they find their brains.
