Go to partners platform on a pc and you should be able to see the surge X, then email uber about the missing surge, it happened to me once, some ghetto girls decided that the fare was to high and got their money back, i looked at my phone and the surge had dissappeared, of course uber didnt notified me about the adjusted rate, i went to the pc and saw the original surge, i email them back with the exact surge, and after a couple of emails I got my original fare back.

Been talking to the Cut & Paste crew all morning. As usual, the explanatory email was not read and the responses have been foppishly off the topic. My experience says to keep writing and open multiple tickets until I get someone that reads it.
