FYI - why I wanted to start this thread... I just got a text from Lyft right now stating:
"Friday afternoons are one of the busiest times of the week as our riders leave work and get ready for the weekend. Expect high demand today starting at 3pm."

Am so sad because they got rid of our wonderful Indian customer service folks. It was very easy to scam Patel with toll charges, could easily make $50 a week in tolls. Now these American reps want a screenshot and whatnot
