i haven't had any reports yesterday and when I logged in today I had 15. Everything from cleanliness to bad driving to attitude..... Don't the passengers have to 1 star you to write an issue report?? My rating hasn't changed. I've had about 5 people rate me less then 5 stars in the last month or about 400 trips....

I feel like this is an error, wouldn't uber suspend me if I had 15 reports in the last 500 trips??!

I saw the same thing! I thought I was crazy! My rating is good and i previously only had 3 reports over the last 2 months. Now have 20?

It's got to be a screw up, like I said read the thread I posted above. Just another way for uber to mess with drivers. So glad I'm done driving for uber in 5 weeks

same here an explosion of reports...... could be a new ratings system, when you rate less than 5 now it asks you what went wrong, so were screwed

It's a glitch, read the thread I copied above. I also know that it has to be an error because I've had less people rate me 5 stars or below then the reports I have

I just started and am having this issue as well. Everything was fine my first two weeks and then today, when I got home I checked and I had 40 5 star ratings and just 5 minutes ago I was looking on my app and it went from 40 to 39 5 stars with 41 rated trips.

Wow... Yesterday I had one report for navigation... Today I have 57 reports in everything from cleanliness to dangerous driving... I have a 4.81 rating which kinda conflicts with all those bad reports... What's up with that

I was talking ratings with a passenger when he mentioned my rating, saying it was the highest he's noticed. He told me that as of this week, whenever they leave less than 5 stars, it now asks what can be improved and has a dropdown of like 10-12 items that the person can select. (They can choose all of them, so if you have a bad ride, they'll check everything.)

Yeah, I have a 4.92 rating and I have 9 issues of professionalism, 7 on cleanliness, 8 for dangerous driving and my favorite...4 for late arrival/ETA...are you serious?
