I'm new to this, pardon my ignorance. Are you able to find out where the destination is going to be? For instance, if a customer wants to go to a certain city that I'm uncomfortable going or if the drive is too far, will I know ahead of time? Or does the passenger tell me where they are going?

No, you do not know the pax destination until you START the trip with pax in you car.

For airport runs I do it, before I start the trip I ask which airport if it is ft Lauderdale I tell them I can't do it. I had a lady ask why I accepted if I can't go there, I told her I don't know the destination before the trip begins and if she is going far she should text the driver ahead of time.

I don't care how she felt, I'm not risking myself for a few dollars.
