En route to my first ride of the day, the GPS stopped providing directions. Called the rider and found her, but then couldn't start the ride or go to any other screen. I realize the best way out of this is to uninstall and then reinstall the app, but can this be done when you can't even get to the app's menu?

You could try calling lyft but i think everyone died from wuhan flu already

Poor bastards didnt have enough toilet paper. All those shekels theyve stolen from drivers and still so unprepared!

But without having access to the app, I wouldn't know where to find a number for the help desk.

Never mind. My mobile data setting got switched to off while I was driving. How does that happen?
