Some of you who have been around a while will remember my first post about this topic a few years ago. I want to bring it up again since im sure theres a few drivers who dont know this trick.
When you drop off at a strip clup in San Diego ( Pacers, Cheetahs etc.)...the club will give you $5 a person that you drop off. When you drop off a group of 3 or 4 you can make an extra $15-20 for that ride. I drive at night so i get strip club dropoffs a few times a week and it always helps cover some gas.
I wanted to post this because of a ride i had yesterday. Pick up 3 guys from DT and take them to Pacers. They wanted me to stop at ATM so they can pick up cash. One of them hops back in and hands me a $20 and says thanks for stopping. I said sure no problem. I drop them off at Pacers and then park my car to go collect my money. When i walked up the guys were outside smoking a cigarette and thought i was gonna go into the club but i just told them i was waiting for them so i can get a few extra bucks. After they went in i went to the doorman to get my extra $15.
When you do this. Wait till your riders enter the club then go to the doorman and tell him your driving for Uber/Lyft and just dropped of those X amount of riders that just walked in and i know you guys give $5 for every rider i drop off. Some clubs like Pacers might have you give them ID so they can fill out an info card for their boss (they wont send junk mail or texts dont worry). Takes 5 minutes and you’ll be on your way.
This is more for the night time drivers as we get more strip club dropoffs but im sure we’ve all been driving long enough where you get them from time to time. In 5 years im collected alot of $5 bills in that time from these clubs. Ive also given a few of those back when I occasionally entered the club on my off time :wink: but I’ll save that for another post.
