I agree. For a "technology company" they sure do make some shit technology. Weekly updates are rarely anything good and often it's worse.

Frequent updates is best in software development, believe me.

What they ship as new features that you don't like must be the problem. And I agree that some new features are not good.

I swear I hate the updates for specific reason

I use tablet which is Android base

Every update I can't login without the update is done and when I try to update it and switch to the market it says there is no updates
And some time I even uninstal it and reinstall it but still no updates and it takes from 10 minutes to an hour some time to get the update into the market

I got sooo mad and basically doing nothing until I get the update

What I hate is that it only updates when I'm heading out to drive for the day. Stuck on Sprint's slow LTE, and it takes around ten minutes to update the Uber app. By the way, I don't mind the slow LTE since when I switch to 3G, everything is faster, XD

I've done about 19 trips so far, and I would say that it feels like for 50% of those I've had the app updating before I can go out and drive for the day.

I have t-mobile unlimited data. They can update all you want as far as I'm concerned, but I just ask they make it better at least and provide a change log. Will there ever be a night mode?

The thing I hate with the updates is, they don't tell you what the update is fixing or what new feature is implemented.
