Today, people laughed at me at the gas station when they saw me use my pink latex glove. I don’t care what people think. I don’t know where another person’s hand was and if he/she even washed it. I also got an odd look at my bank’s drive through wearing one.

I don't think it's a joke but I haven't been quarantining myself. I go over to the corner store to get a soda every so often. I stopped in the grocery store this morning briefly and picked up some toilet paper. I'm thinking about driving tonight for a couple hours. Life goes on.

Even before this, the only thing I eat with hands is deep dish pizza and I have to thoroughly wash my hands before.
even with Indian food, naan, I used fork and knife to cut it, after wiping down the utensils.

That's China. Watch some documentaries about the country, showing living conditions.
Bloody bodies? From this? Perhaps from the hospital that they built quickly collapsing?

Definitely a good idea to be precautious during these times. A video just popped up of a mayor somewhere, forgetting to turn off his mic while taking a bathroom break during a council meeting.
The guy is heard dropping huge bombs off camera, then pees, and fails to wash his hands.

I've already posted the videos in an earlier thread, there's nothing but fact in my statement. I'd insult you but I'd get banned for like the fourth time this month so I'll just prove you ignorant and naive.
The archive below is of 100s of videos provides plenty of evidence that this virus is serious. Have fun, lots of videos from all over the world. This has been floating around reddit posted by now banned burner accounts, the videos started late 2019. I saved the archive last time I saw it posted, still live for now.
Next time you shouldn't hate on people with more rep than you.

That's probably a good idea because I have to pick up the gas pump using my mouth, and I don't really wash with Listerine beforehand. Maybe I should start rinsing afterwards?

Everyone should research all about the virus itself, what's going on in their community. Learn exactly how the virus spreads, what it is and what it isn't. Learn exactly what happens if you do get sick. The best-case and worst-case scenario, consider the fatality rate. Consider your age group, and any possible underlying health problems. Consider those you live with or frequently contact, theirs.
Lay out your options. Weigh the pros and cons of each one. Think of your daily activities, the people you live with. I think if you do have to venture out for whatever reason that maybe, maybe there are some steps you can to reduce the risk.
Once you have made the plan and decided which risk you want to chance, do what you need to do.
No matter what shelter in place is imposed on us it still depends on ourselves to stay safe!
Even if you are not told to shelter-in-place, a wise person would not wait for that to make an informed decision. It's still depends on yourself.
Whatever each person chooses for himself, that should be respected, that person should be respected for his own decision, while at the same time, the consequences of either direction he goes.
